D1
NCAA Division I
The highest level of college basketball, with the biggest programs, the most athletic scholarships and the heaviest time demands.
Fit: elite production, size, athleticism & IQ
D2
NCAA Division II
Highly competitive basketball with athletic scholarship money, often split into partial awards, and a balance of athletics and academics.
Fit: strong all-around players ready to contribute
D3
NCAA Division III
No athletic scholarships, but strong academic and merit aid. A great path for student-athletes who want a top education and to keep competing.

National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics

Coach Mike Allen
Mike Allen is a basketball scout, talent evaluator, former professional player, collegiate coach, athletics director and player development specialist with 25+ years in the game. More than 500 players he has coached have gone on to play at the next level.
He has sat on every side of the game: as a player who was recruited, as a coach who scouted opponents and built game plans, and as an AD who built rosters. He gives players and coaches the same direct feedback he would want for his own team.

FAQ
Common questions
Does Coach Mike come to our games?
Yes. On-site evaluation is the core of what we do. Coach Mike scouts at high school games, club tournaments, showcases and camps, and reviews full-game film when he can't be there in person.
What film should we send?
Full, unedited games are the most important. Highlights help grab a coach's attention, but full games show decision-making, defense and consistency.
When should a player start the recruiting process?
The earlier the better. Middle school and freshman years are for development and good habits. By sophomore and junior year, athletes should have full-game film, a profile and a target list. We also work with unsigned seniors, postgrads and transfers.
Do you guarantee a scholarship?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a scholarship. We provide an honest evaluation, a realistic projection, exposure to the right coaches and a plan. The athlete's work on the court and in the classroom does the rest.
What are the NCCAA and NBCAA?
The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) is made up of Christ-centered colleges, and many of its schools also compete in the NAIA or NCAA. The National Bible College Athletic Association (NBCAA), later renamed the ACCA, was home to smaller Bible colleges, and many of those schools now compete in the NCCAA.
Do you work with girls' basketball players?
Yes. We scout, profile and recruit for both boys' and girls' basketball.
