Mike Allen has led at every level of the game: three-time National Champion and MVP as a player, 7.5 years as a professional, Coach of the Year three times at the high school and college levels, and athletic director.

He holds an M.A. in Sports Management and Leadership and has built programs that sent 500+ players to the next level. His sessions turn that experience into practical tools for culture, accountability and performance.
