Train with a plan between evaluations
The Mike Allen Sports Baseball Journal Collection: 10 position-specific and performance training journals, available as digital editions. Faith. Discipline. Development. Results.
Your path from middle school to college
Recruiting can feel overwhelming. It doesn't have to. In four clear steps, your family gets an honest picture of where you stand, a profile college coaches can use, and a plan you control.
Get Evaluated
Coach Mike watches you play in person or on film and scores your tools, baseball IQ, measurables and best position. You get honest feedback on your strengths and what to work on next.
Build Your Profile
We turn your evaluation into a polished player profile with your stats, measurables, academics, travel ball and school history, skills video and a coach's evaluation, all on one page.
Show Your Game
We help you put together the skills video and game film coaches want to see, and point you to the camps, showcases and tournaments that fit your level and goals.
Make Your Move
Together we build a realistic college list, prepare you to reach out to coaches, and stay with you and your parents through every decision until you commit.
We don't promise scholarships. We prepare athletes for opportunities.
No recruiting service can guarantee that a college coach will recruit an athlete, offer a roster spot or provide an athletic scholarship.
Mike Allen Sports doesn't sell guarantees.
With more than 25 years in athletics, coaching, player development and leadership, Coach Mike Allen brings a coach's perspective to the recruiting journey.
The goal isn't simply to help an athlete get recruited. The goal is to help them become prepared for the opportunity when it comes.
- Honest evaluation.
- Real development.
- Professional preparation.
- Recruiting education.
- Personalized guidance.
And most importantly:
A coach in your corner.
