Mike Allen Sports has more than 25 years of experience in coaching, recruiting, scouting, and athletic leadership. More than 500 of the players we've coached have gone on to the next level. We started in basketball and have expanded into volleyball, with baseball, football, and soccer coming. Whether you're an athlete, a parent, a school, a church, or a community organization, we're ready to serve you.

Athletic Department & Ministry Consulting
We offer strategic support for athletic directors, schools, and ministry programs. That includes program building, staffing, fundraising, sports marketing, and developing a winning culture from the ground up.

Speaking & Leadership
Book Coach Mike Allen, author and motivational speaker, for school assemblies, colleges, corporate events, church youth groups, and conferences. His messages are Overcoming Obstacles with Praise, Hard Work Brings Change, and Let's Talk Youth Sports.
