Coach Mike sets the vision, and Tonya keeps everything moving so that vision reaches every student-athlete, family, school and community we serve, through coaching, training and mentoring, camps and clinics, scouting and recruiting, athletic and ministry consulting, speaking and leadership, community events, sports marketing and Let’s Talk Youth Sports. Mike has coached on every level and uses interpersonal and influential skills on and off the court to push student-athletes to perform at their highest level. He brings deep experience in recruiting, scouting, team and private coaching, group and individual training, league and camp coordination, budgeting and fundraising.
At William Jessup University (formerly San Jose Christian College), Allen led the Warriors to three NBCAA National Championships. He was a 3x All-American and MVP, scored 2,500+ points and pulled down 700+ rebounds. He is a High School Hall of Fame inductee, a featured coach in Sports Illustrated, and a recipient of the William Jessup Memorial Award for Christian Character and Leadership.
Away from the team he enjoys traveling with family, reading, running, CrossFit, feeding the homeless, serving at church, and mentoring high school, college and professional athletes.

As Booking Coordinator, Tonya is often the first person families, schools and partners talk to at Mike Allen Sports. She handles the scheduling, the booking and the details that keep every camp, clinic and event on track.
Most of her work happens behind the scenes, and it shows up everywhere. Her care and her love for this mission are what make everyone go.
