Braydon Allen came up through the Rancho Buena Vista High School basketball program in Vista, California, and carried the same work ethic to MiraCosta College, where he is studying business.

He has been around the game his whole life, training and competing under the Mike Allen Sports standard: academics first, hard work, and character on and off the court.

For the 2026-27 season, Braydon is sitting out of competition to focus on his academics. He is interning with Mike Allen Sports while strengthening his body and sharpening his skills, getting ready to return for the 2027-28 school year.

Josiah Roy is a 6'5" forward and center at Horizon Prep in Rancho Santa Fe, California, in the class of 2028. In 2025-26 he averaged 15.4 points and 11.1 rebounds per game with 15 double-doubles, and was named Player of the Year and First Team All-League for the Sierra League of the Frontier Conference.

Zoe Metcalf is a 5'8" power forward from Oxford, Mississippi, now playing at Northwest Mississippi Community College. As a senior and team captain at Oxford High School, she averaged 10.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.3 steals and 2.0 blocks per game, recorded eight double-doubles, and earned First Team All-State honors.

Zoe brings hard work, perseverance, drive and a will to win and compete, and is one of the toughest female players Coach Mike Allen has trained. She scores at all three levels, has a high basketball IQ, and is committed on the defensive end. Off the court she is an outstanding student and a leader in her community.

Harrison Lewis is a 6'5" guard and forward from the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. As a senior at Wright Christian Academy he averaged 17 points, nine rebounds and four assists per game, recorded three triple-doubles, and helped lead the Wildcats to an Oklahoma State Championship. He was a two-time All-Conference selection.

Harrison is a versatile shooter with range from mid-range to the three-point line, an aggressive on-ball defender, and a matchup problem for opponents. His basketball IQ shows up as leadership on and off the court, and he motivates the players around him. After starting his college career at Missouri Southern State, where he made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll, he continued at Culver-Stockton College.

Robert “Bobby” Moore is a 6'8" forward born and raised in San Jose, California. He finished his high school career at IMG Academy in 2024, averaging 8.7 points, 9.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists across 37 games while shooting 38.2 percent from three. At IMG he was named Team Captain and Most Improved Player and earned the GRIT Award.

Bobby is a long, skilled forward who can play the 3, 4 and 5, stretch the floor, and guard multiple positions. He came up through the Bay Area club scene with Bay Area Ballers and is now a sophomore at Point Loma Nazarene University, where he studies finance.

Makayla Moore is a versatile guard and forward from San Jose, California, and one of the players Coach Mike Allen has trained and mentored the longest, going back to sixth grade. At Archbishop Mitty she won four WCAL titles, three CCS Open Division titles, a NorCal Open Division title and a share of the 2020 CIF State Championship, and she won the 2021 EYBL championship with Cal Stars.

She began her Division I career at Seattle University, where she started all 28 games as a sophomore and averaged 11.3 points per game, then transferred to Arizona State in the Big 12, playing 88 college games in all. Makayla brings hard work, perseverance and a will to compete. She scores at every level, has an elite basketball IQ, defends, and is a high-character student-athlete and leader in her community.

Charlece Ohiaeri is a 6'1" guard and forward from Las Vegas, Nevada. At Centennial High School she won three straight Nevada state championships, earned All-Southern First Team honors, and averaged 10.1 points per game as a senior on a 25-2 team ranked No. 20 in the nation.

She began her Division I career at DePaul in the Big East, where she made the Big East All-Academic Team as a freshman, then transferred to Saint Mary's in the West Coast Conference, where she is now a senior. Aidan Burke is a 6'3" guard from Los Gatos, California. At Archbishop Mitty he was named WCAL Player of the Year and helped lead the Monarchs to championships, then spent a postgraduate year at Phillips Exeter Academy before joining UC San Diego.

As a junior in 2025-26 he played in all 34 games with 17 starts for a Tritons team that won 23 games, the second-most in the program's Division I era, averaging 6.2 points in 21.7 minutes and hitting 37 threes. He scored a career-high 18 points at Long Beach State. Off the court he is a business economics major with a 3.84 GPA and a two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree.

The player

Carl Snyder is a 6'10" power forward and center who came up in Northern California, graduating from Monte Vista Christian School in 2017. He played college basketball at Fresno City College, Notre Dame de Namur and Mayville State University, where he led the team in blocks as a senior while shooting 56.4 percent from the field.

Since college Carl has built a professional career across four countries: the Wenatchee Bighorns in The Basketball League, the Pythons in Thailand, where he averaged 32.7 points per game over 18 games in 2024, the Halifax Hurricanes in Canada, and Zemabawk Basketball Club in India. He is now playing in Thailand for Burlington Batang Manila.

The player

Matt Freeman is a 6'10" forward from Auckland, New Zealand. After starring at Westlake Boys High School and winning gold for New Zealand at the 2015 FIBA Under-18 3x3 World Championship, he followed his dream to play Division I basketball, first at Oklahoma in the Big 12 and then at UC Santa Barbara. As a senior with the Gauchos he averaged 9.4 points per game, led the team with 49 three-pointers and scored a career-high 24 points.

Matt then built a professional career across four countries, playing in Germany for Gladiators Trier, the Karlsruhe Lions and Eisbären Bremerhaven, in Romania for SCM U Craiova, in Hungary for Budapesti Honvéd, and at home in New Zealand for the Franklin Bulls. A three-time Academic All-Big 12 pick with an accounting degree, he has now returned to UC Santa Barbara as a graduate assistant. Coach Mike trained and mentored Matt on his way to the college game, and seeing his hard work pay off has been a joy.

The player

Julie McBride is a 5'4" guard from upstate New York who starred at Catholic Central High School in Troy before a record-setting career at Syracuse. She finished as the Orange's all-time leader in points (1,605), assists (574), three-pointers (229) and minutes, was a three-time All-Big East selection, and joined Sherman Douglas as the only Syracuse players, men's or women's, with 1,600 points and 500 assists.

Julie then built a 16-year professional career, starting with the San Jose Spiders and a training camp with the WNBA's Chicago Sky, then leading the Turkish league in scoring at 19.4 points per game with Ceyhan Belediyespor. She went on to play for Samsun, Kayseri and Beşiktaş in Turkey, Gospić in Croatia, and Artego Bydgoszcz, Energa Toruń and Basket 25 Bydgoszcz in Poland. Since retiring she has moved into coaching.

Ray Cowels III is a 6'4" shooting guard from Minneapolis, Minnesota. At Hopkins High School he helped win two state championships and 128 games with only six losses, then scored more than 1,000 career points at Santa Clara University in the West Coast Conference.

Ray has played two NBA Summer Leagues with the Memphis Grizzlies, winning the 2015 Orlando Summer League title, and built a professional career in the Netherlands, New Zealand, Finland, France, Hungary and Poland. He made the New Zealand NBL All-Star Five after averaging 25.7 points per game for the Nelson Giants, averaged 18.3 points for PGE Spójnia Stargard, won the Hungarian league and cup with Falco Szombathely and the Polish Cup with Legia Warszawa, and most recently played for Trefl Sopot in Poland's top league.

The player

Derek King is a 6'3" guard born in Shanghai, China, who played his freshman year of high school at SMIC Private School in Shanghai, earning Team MVP and First Team All-SISAC, before finishing at Santa Teresa High School in San Jose. As a senior he averaged 16 points per game and helped win the CCS championship.

After a redshirt year at San Diego Christian College, Derek found his footing at Foothill College, starting all 27 games, averaging 10 points per game, and earning the Scholar-Athlete Award with a 3.7 GPA. He then joined Cal in the Pac-12 and earned his degree in sociology. As a pro he averaged 15.6 points per game for the Macau Black Bears in the ASEAN Basketball League, then played for Zhuhai, the Formosa Dreamers and the Taichung Suns, and is now with the Taiwan Beer Leopards in the TPBL.

Myles Corey is a 6'0" guard from Ontario, California. At Diamond Bar High School he was team MVP and Offensive Player of the Year, made All-Mt. Baldy League First Team and All-CIF Second Team, and helped win back-to-back league titles, then spent a prep year at Bridgton Academy in Maine.

At Jessup University, Coach Mike's alma mater, he started 103 games in four seasons, was GSAC Freshman of the Year, a three-time First Team All-GSAC pick and a two-time NAIA All-American Honorable Mention, and averaged 17.0 points as a junior. He moved up to NCAA Division I at South Alabama in the Sun Belt, averaging 13.8 points and 4.3 assists, and finished at Rhode Island in the Atlantic 10. He now begins his professional career with the Bakken Bears in Aarhus, Denmark.

The player

Deanna Weaver is a 5'11" guard from Santa Clara, California. At Wilcox High School she was the San Jose Mercury News Player of the Year as a sophomore, led the Chargers to a CCS Division II championship, made All-De Anza League First Team three times and was league Co-MVP as a senior.

She played two seasons at Oregon in the Pac-12, then transferred to Boise State, where she was Mountain West Newcomer of the Year and First Team All-Mountain West after averaging 13.7 points and 6.9 rebounds. As a pro she played for EBT in Finland, Mackay in Australia, Neuss in Germany, and Norrköping and Södertälje in Sweden, averaging 15.6 points per game with Södertälje and competing in the EuroCup. Today Deanna serves the community she grew up in as a firefighter in San Jose.

David McCants is a 6'4" wing from Oakley, California. At Freedom High School he averaged 10 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists per game and twice won the school's Sportsmanship Award.

At Jessup University he competed in both men's basketball and track and field over five years, playing 51 basketball games for the Warriors while setting personal records in the long jump and high jump. Jaylen Johnson is a 6'6" wing from Fresno, California. At Clovis East High School he was team MVP and First Team All-Tri-Rivers Athletic Conference, and earned all-tournament honors at the MLK Jr. Showcase, the Modesto Christian Holiday Hoop Classic and the Las Vegas Legacy Tip-Off Classic.

At Jessup University he played in 60 games over three seasons for the Warriors. His best year came as a sophomore in 2019-20, when he averaged 4.3 points and 2.7 rebounds in 24 games, with a career-high 15 points against Pacific Union and a career-high 8 rebounds against Ottawa (AZ). Jordan Green is a 6'5" guard from Flower Mound, Texas. After Flower Mound High School he played four seasons at Texas A&M in the SEC, appearing in 129 games and making the Corpus Christi Challenge All-Tournament Team in 2014.

After a brief pro stint overseas, Jordan took a corporate job at a Big Four firm in Dallas but kept training before and after work. In 2017 he quit his job, earned a roster spot through the Austin Spurs' local tryouts, and was part of the team that won the 2018 NBA G League championship. He played three seasons with Austin, including the FIBA Intercontinental Cup, and earned NBA Summer League runs with the San Antonio Spurs. His story is proof that hard work brings change.

The player

Originally from Cameroon and raised in San Jose, Lira Ndifon played at Gunderson High School, the program Coach Mike led, before making a name for herself at Foothill College and Sonoma State. An active, athletic guard/forward who could score in transition and in the half court, she was a skilled ball handler and playmaker who thrived on setting up her teammates, earning 2nd Team All-Conference honors and a spot in the 2017 JUCO Sophomore Showcase.

Coach Mike trained and mentored Lira throughout her career. After playing, she served as a Training & Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at De Anza College in 2017-18 and has coached young athletes through Nike Basketball Camps and the Junior Warriors Basketball League. Today she is part of the Mike Allen Sports staff as a coach and podcast assistant, and her Self-Reflection Podcast helped inspire Let's Talk Youth Sports.

The player

Richie Dollard is a 6'2" guard at Centennial High School in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the class of 2028. He is a deadly three-point shooter who stretches defenses and can heat up in a hurry, and he also represents the B3 Ambassadors.

He is building his game under the Mike Allen Sports standard: academics first, hard work, and character on and off the court.
